Data deletion
How to ask Enginir to delete data connected to you or your business, including data received through WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram integrations.
01 · Ask by email
Email nir@enginir.work with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include your name and the phone number, username, page or account the data relates to. We confirm receipt within 3 business days.
02 · Remove the app from Facebook
- Open Settings & privacy, then Settings.
- Go to Apps and websites.
- Find Enginir and select Remove. You can also choose to delete activity the app may have recorded.
03 · Remove the app from Instagram
- Open Settings.
- Go to Website permissions, then Apps and websites.
- Find Enginir and select Remove.
04 · Business clients
Remove Enginir’s access to your WhatsApp Business account, Page or Instagram account in Meta Business Settings, or ask us to disconnect it. We revoke tokens immediately.
05 · What happens next
We delete the data from our systems within 30 days and email you a confirmation with a reference number. Some data may remain with the business you contacted or with Meta; contact them directly for that.
